Since starting our careers on a Dockyard well over a decade ago, we have gone on to work across a number of industries and sectors.

This experience and knowledge brings with it a diverse perspective allowing us to quickly implement and accelerate your ambitions to grow.

She has also witnessed first-hand the anxiety, stress and pressure people can experience when it comes to winning new business, and the difference investing in the wellbeing of your people has on your culture - and your clients.

Working at this intersection of people and growth, Claire combines her business development experience with studies in counselling, workplace mental health and wellbeing to deliver purposeful, sustainable and impactful change.
